Sail, socalise and dine in the heart of Darwin
Jack's "Half Boat Racing team have won the first section of the event - They have entered. Other entries include John Lynch and his team who will be representing DSC at the Darwin International Youth Match Racing Regatta in July.
DSC will be conducting a Safety & Sea Survival course July 1st & 2nd. The course is a requirement for at least 30% of crew in a Category 2 race and highly recommended for all offshore cruising and racing participants. This will be the only course in Darwin before the upcoming races to Indonesia and Timor Leste. Numbers are limited, so early enrolment is advised.
The 2017 Australian Women's Keelboat Regatta (AWKR) was held over the Queen's Birthday weekend (10-12 June) on Port Phillip Bay in Melbourne. Hosted by the Royal Melbourne Yacht Club in St Kilda the event attracted 24 keelboats and 130 female sailors.
Calling all mums, dads, wives, husbands, shore-side partners, girlfriends, boyfriends of racing fanatics, social members and anyone else who has an interest in sail racing, but isn't fussed about competing. DSC needs you to assist in running the racing on Fannie Bay!
