Super Sevens – Pole Dancing
I feel I should explain why Pommy Paul was standing on the Foredeck of Shaw Thing on Tuesday night gyrating wildly, grinding his hips and shouting “Harder, Harder”. He’s a former RS 600 sailor, this technique is known as “Pole Dancing”, usually performed in a close fitting rubber suit in England.
After we’d taken on more bar staff (crew) he felt it was his solemn duty get his weight forward.
Everyone who’s been out for the Tuesday nights keelboat racing has loved it. So we’ll be running another series in August. You too could learn to pole dance. A big thank you the Ed and Alan for running it!
Obviously we were all having too much fun to take pictures, so enclosed is a photo of a man in rubber and straps pole dancing.
