Electronic race and series entry

All race entries must be submitted via the electronic TopYacht Entry System (TES). Competitors may enter a race series, or individually on a race by race basis. Entries must be received 24 hours prior to the race.

How to enter a race series

Before starting to enter your boat you will need your insurance details (company and policy number), sail number, design/class and a scanned copy of your safety declaration.

  • New users of TES will be required to complete the online form in full and select the series they wish to enter. Future entries will only require the boat's primary sail number and password to enter a series.
  • Existing users of TES will only need to enter their primary sail number and password to access their boat details (update any details as required). Select the series they wish to enter and submit their entry.
  • To update an existing entry, enter the series as an existing user, update details (e.g. skipper/helm) and submit entry form.

How to enter as a casual entrant for an individual race

  • Have crew enter (or update) their details via 'myself' in TES (this allows crew to manage their own profile).
  • Use TES boat registry to search for the boat and then enter your log in details.
